Participants will receive immersive training in:​

• Classical dressage (in-hand & ridden)

As riders advance through the program, they will gain exclusive education in:​​

• Equestrian business studies, covering management & leadership, finance, sales and marketing entrepreneurship (how to grow and scale a business identifying marketing needs)

Students will have direct access from a successful equestrian who built her business from the ground up - providing invaluable insight into avoiding industry pitfalls and navigating professional challenges.

In the near future, Michelle will be looking to invest in start-up businesses, available exclusively to members of the training establishment.

Riders We're Looking For...

 Ideal candidates are:

• Passionate, calm & confident riders

• Aged 16-30 years

• Currently training or competing at Novice/Elementary level & above

​Due to the intensity and exclusivity of this program, places are strictly limited.

​​Applicants.

Our training program is fully financially supported by MRW International, meaning that the only costs to you is your own rider insurance. All other expenses are covered, including:

• Lessons & training

• Purchase of horses

• Livery, equipment and maintenance

• Veterinary, farrier, dental & physio care

• Competition entry & registration fees

• Wagon costs, fuel and maintenance

We're seeking riders who are willing to volunteer eight hours per week, split across two consecutive days (e.g., Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Thursday, or Friday-Saturday), with four hours completed each day.

​

This two day structure is essential to ensure riders can reinforce and apply the skills learned during training.

​

​​Application Requirements.

All applicants are kindly requested to submit a brief personal statement including the following information:

• Your current level of training

• The type & height of horse you are comfortable riding

• How many horses have contributed to your development as a rider

• Would you describe yourself as a confident rider (low, medium or high level?

• Your long-term riding goals

In addition, please provide two clear ridden videos, demonstrating flatwork/dressage.
